You saw, the version of that photo with August sharp and Ruffle blurry here a few days ago, here is now the photo taken about one second later.
You guys have no idea how much I enjoy shooting with my new 85mm. That lens is so fast and soooo sharp at f/1.2!
I haven’t actually used it at any other aperture so far, and I am not about to, as it is so bokehlicious! (as my friend Thierry M would say.)

Some of you know her and some of you don’t.
This is a portrait of my better half, the woman who has been in my life for almost 11 years now. ( I know !!! Right !? )
Last week the 2 of us ended up modeling for a photo shoot, (don’t ask me how that happened) and M was looking quite gorgeous (as she always does) with her hair and make up all done. (Thanks Judy Wong).
So after our shoot was done, I figured there was no harm in shooting one more portrait of her myself, with my own lighting this time.
