This morning, like every morning I was making coffee, when suddenly things started to smoke quite a bit in my kitchen.
So of course, the first thing I did was to grab my camera and snap a photo. The smoke by the window works pretty well as diffusion, and you guys know how much I like my diffusion. ;o)
The coffee was fine, I still don’t know why it smoked that much, but I am drinking it as I write these words and it is delicious.
I love the smell of coffee and fine-art photography in the morning…

A few weeks ago, Sweet Sashay stopped by for a shoot.
Sweet Sashay is part of the Screaming Chicken Theatrical Society, famous Vancouver Burlesque company.
If you’re in the neighborhood and want to enjoy a crazy night of Burlesque, you should definitely check those guys out.
Today I pressed the trigger of my camera by mistake while it was on my table.
I kinda like the “accidental” photo that ensued.
Happy accident, maybe I’ll sell this “fine-art” print for a fortune one day…

I am not ashamed to admit it, sometimes, when no one is looking, I like to google myself.
It might seem super narcissistic, but I think of it more as a mean to follow exactly what’s going on with your company or your brand when you are trying to get your name out there.
Anyway, today I googled myself.
And guess what I discovered !?
Last February, the very cool website Empty Kingdom featured my work. And not just a little. They went to town, using no less than 10 of my fine-art photos.
Imagine my surprise when I saw that today. I felt honored and grateful that a website as cool as this one and owned by people based in San-Fransisco used my work and shared my photos with the world.
