This week-end, some of my friends and I decided to go to Whistler for a quick ski/snowboard trip.

This is what was waiting for us.

Here is the thing about Whistler, everywhere you look, you have this kind of view. This is just madness. So many mountains!

Aids Vancouver’s Auction…

A few days ago I contacted the people from aidsvancouver.org because I knew they were looking to put some art for auction for the AIDS Vancouver Red Ribbon Gala event on November 30th, 2010!

I actually got the idea to contact them after seeing that my photographer friend Kim Gillett got a piece for auction there as well. ( I kinda stole her idea on that one… )

I thought it was a great idea to donate a photograph for the gala so people can spend a lot of money on it and give it all to the Vancouver Aids Associations.

Anyway, they picked those two photos. The first one is Stanley Park in the fall and the second one is Venice during spring.

Bowen…

Today I went to Bowen Island. This tiny Island 20 minutes away from Vancouver is beautiful. There, you’ll get the opportunity to walk in the woods around a lake and enjoy the light coming through the trees. Also every once in a while you’ll cross the path of a famous actor. At least that what happened to me. It went tree…tree…lake…tree…dog…Michael Hogan…tree…tree…
If you watched “Battlestar Galactica”, you’ll know who I’m talking about.
