I am back in Edmonton on a 2 week assignment, and the last few days have been quite busy. We all work between 14 to 16 hours/day here so it’s pretty hard to find time for myself.
Today was a bit slower so I took this opportunity to grab my running shoes and went for a run along the North Saskatchewan River for a couple of hours.
I really think that it’s extremely important to get out and exercise, in order to finish an intense project. Even if you’d rather stay on the couch all day.
I had never jogged in the snow before, and I gotta admit it’s kinda cool.
Everything was so nice and quiet, perfect atmosphere to let my brain go free and think about my current and future photo projects.
I usually do most of my best thinking while running.
